Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides for measurements and tips to help you find the perfect fit. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.
Can I cancel or update my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! If the order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. While we wish could, once an order has shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey. We'll send you update notifications when it's shipped and delivered. You can also view your orders in your account page by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner.
Shipping
We use all major carriers to provide you with the fastest shipping. You’ll be asked to select a shipping option during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option you selected during checkout. We offer free economy shipping, which arrives within 5 to 6 business days. Faster options are also available including express and overnight delivery.

What is your return policy?

How do I become a member?
SEAMWEAR is built on partnership to support hardworking professionals. We partner with labor organizations to offer exclusive member benefits that help support our workforce. Submit our partner interest form to inquire about membership through your labor organization.
How do I activate my membership card?
If you have a membership card from your labor organization or union, enter your card number here to activate your member benefits.
Where do I claim my member benefits?
Once you've created your account and activated your card, you'll automatically receive benefits such as product discounts.
Not seeing discounts? Make sure you've signed in and activated your member card. You only need to activate your card once. After that, simply login to access your benefits.

While our ProGrade™ Compression products are powered by Tommie Copper technology, we've enhanced them with additional features to provide comfort, support, and durability for working professionals.
SEAMWEAR ProGrade™ is available exclusively at shopseamwear.com and cannot be purchased from other Tommie Copper retailers.
